Opening ceremony took place in Park of the October Revolution.

The ceremony was opened by the Head of Rostov-on-Don Administration. He expressed gratitude to Ivan Savvidi, chairman of the Board of Directors of «Agrocom Group » for such a wonderful gift to the city. The observation wheel became of the most impressive attractions in Rostov-on-Don.

An entertainment show was organized for all guests of the ceremony. Aerial gymnasts and equilibrists, free runners, jumpers and stilt-workers performed to the orchestral accompaniment.
