«Agrocom Group» enters the project as an operator for further construction and setting into operation of the Conference centre including hotel facilities, shopping centre, office and parking space.

According to the contract signed by Sergey Sapotnitsky, executive general manager of «Agrocom Group», and Anton Perin executive general manager of «VEB Capital» «Agrocom Group» buys out all debt liabilities of «VEB Capital» previously partner and borrower.«MKC-Rosevrodevelopment»,

Construction works are already resumed. The first stage of the Conference centre presumably will be launched in summer 2018.

The agreement duration time is 7 years; the financial terms are strictly confidential.
