International Congress Center ‘Grand Rostov by Hyatt Regency’

The object with a total area of 64 thousand sq. meters includes a 5-star hotel with 187 rooms, apartment complexes, a restaurant, bars, banquet halls, a club lounge, conference rooms, the head office of VTB Bank, parking lots, and a World-Class Deluxe premium fitness club with a swimming pool.

In June, 2022 the first guests were welcomed by the hotel ‘Grand Rostov by Hyatt Regency’. It had been built and fitted according to Hyatt’s international standards.

‘Agrocom Group' joined a project for the construction of the International Congress Center in 2018.

The contracting authority is a company called ‘ICC- Development’, that is a part of the ‘Agrocom Group’. It resumed the construction works in 2019, ‘Energoprojekt Viskogradnja PLC (Serbia) served as a general contractor.

A project for construction of the congress center passed the state examination in 2021. A building was put into operation.

The project investment cost exceeded the mark of 14 bln ₽.
