On 30th of May took place fact-finding visit of the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia at the forefront of the First Russian Food Security Forum.

In the frameworks of the visit deputy prime minister visited production site of the enterprise and studied the project of production of high-barrier packaging film for perishable food- unique and innovative product on Russian market. “Atlantis-Pak” Company launches this project as a part of the Import Substitution Programme. Launch of the first stage is slated for the end of this year. Full-scale output is anticipated in the nearest 2-3 years.

Prospects for the development of the company and possible support options for projects were discussed.

Arkady Dvorkovich said that interest of the government is aroused by advanced achievements and company’s position in the global package and casing industry.

“I wondered what is in the basis of success, what developments let the enterprise become the leader on Russian and global markets. It is one of the unique examples. There are perfect team, management, specialists and interesting plans for gaining new niches, a lot of innovative developments. We’ll think over the instrument of governmental support for this company”- said Arcady Dvorkovich.
