Women’s handball team “Rostov Don”, which is sponsored by “Agrocom Group” became a champion of Russia on 28th of April. The team saw of Tolyatti handball club “Lada” by points 31 to 26.

This year the team became not only Russian cup winner but also got through final round of the EHF Cup, which takes place on 9th of May in Rostov-on-Don.

“We were looking forward to this victory. I am truly grateful to the team and coach for the good match. Thank you!”- said Ivan Savvidi, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Agrocom Group” in his interview. “It is a great day not for me only, but for the team and the whole city. We were playing hard this season, - said the main coach of the Rostov handball team Jan Leslie. - There were a lot of difficult moments, many people wanted us to lose, but our team spirit was good. We deserved this victory.”

“Agrocom Group” has been the general sponsor of the handball team “Rostov Don” since the end of 2014. There are plans to prolong the partnership for the next two years.
